I have a keen interest in yoga and meditation and I have attended several yoga and meditation retreats in Thailand, India, France and the UK over the past 20 years. I have regularly attended a Buddhist Centre for group meditation practice for several years and have learned & practiced many effective mindfulness and relaxation techniques which I am able to share with my clients. By being more grounded in ourselves and calmer we can feel more focused & connected to others, and I have been keen to develop these qualities over the years so I can be a more intuitive & effective therapist.

The Role of Complementary Therapy

I am a firm believer in the beneficial role that Complementary Therapy can play in improving health & wellbeing, often working alongside and complementing conventional medicine where conventional medicine is needed.

When treating a person I like to work holistically and consider all aspects of that person - physical, psychological & spiritual, so I can provide the most effective and beneficial treatment for each individual. I am passionate about helping people through the treatments I can offer and feel fortunate to be in a position where I can make a positive impact on someone’s health, happiness and quality of life.
